Crisp and aromatic, this eclectic blend of French and Sicilian varieties has its own distinctive personality with passion fruits, apples, elderflower, figs and pears and a dry refreshing finish. Fresh and zingy.

Crystal clear ruby colour with a nose of sweet ripe strawberries, rose petals and summer berries. Balanced acidity with soft, ripe fruits accented by the merest hint of spice.

This rich Cabernet-Carignan-Cinsault-Grenache is sourced from a single Bekaa Valley vineyard with deep soils over limestone, and old, low-yielding vines. Five years in the making, it was aged 9 months in Nevers oak.

Deep Salmon pink in colour, a fragrant rose with aromas of almonds, wild herbs, oranges and citrus. Smooth and well balanced showing rich flavours of peaches and pears, finishing on fresh yet lingering citrusy notes.

Beautiful straw gold appearance, rich and generous palate with almond and citrus fruit flavours.

From a very warm year, with a ten day heatwave in May, this vintage is very full-bodied with great length. Seven years in the making, our flagship wine - Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault and Cabernet.
