An elegant style of Hawke's Bay Pinot Gris displaying flavours of pear drops, mango and floral notes with an underlying sweetness of stonefruit, Lychee and hints of lime. THe pallate has a rich mouthfeel with a sumptous youthfull appeal, with the natural acidity giving balance to the ripe fruit intensity.

 

Dominant Cabernet Sauvignon flavours and berry aromas, followed by pencil shavings and cedar on the nose. Layers of flavours with clean lines. A wonderful balance between the elegance of the wine and the ripeness of the fruit.

Hand Picked from our Gimblett Gravels Vineyard, Whole bunch pressed and 100% Barrel fermented in French Oak Barriques. The wine displays lifted spice notes with Jasmin white peach and honey Suckle, a full bodied style with fantastic texture and great length.
