Produced from our Onetangi vineyard this merlot dominant wine has the characteristic raspberry and chocolate on the nose. The palate starts with bright raspberry before moving into a plummy pepperiness in the middle. It has a great finish with lovely savoury tannins and some strong tobacco and liquorice notes
