Appearance
Very pale limpid green.
Nose
Intense nut-pesto, Thai basil, burnt match and Chinese gooseberry sitting over light tropicals and grapefruit. Complex and changing.
Palate
Precise, clean entry displaying nut-pesto, guava and green beans. A soft, rich and textural palate before finishing with citrus pith and burnt match complexity. Very long and persistent, echoing back to the Chinese gooseberry and lemony acidity.
