A vineyard of just 40 acres situated at the foot of the Simonsberg Mountains in Paarl, Vilafonte is making serious headway in becoming a cult wine in South Africa.
With just two wines, the Vilafonte Series M and Vilafonte Series C, both are expertly blended from the finest grapes to produce stunningly luxurious New World Red Blends. Priced at £29.99 and £39.99 respectively, both will improve with bottle age over the coming decade and possibly longer, so do not be surprised if these wines (the 2009 vintage being particularly good!) hit the heady heights over £100+ in coming years.
Drinking well now, but squirrel a couple of bottles away and you could be enjoying the same wines as a Russian Oligarch in 2020!
Available at Hard to Find Wines now.

The Rabbit Ranch in Central Otago NZ was once a sheep farm located in the high country, which had always suffered from rabbit infestations!
Originally converted to vines at the turn of the last century, the Rabbit Ranch unfortunately fell into disrepair after World War Two, but luckily for us was re-planted and is now producing exceptional quality Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris.
Available through Hard to Find Wines in the UK, are the Rabbit Ranch Pinot Noir and Rabbit Ranch Pinot Gris both from the vineyard in Central Otago.

New to our portfolio are House of Krone Borealis Brut and House of Krone Rose wines.
From the Tulbagh region of South Africa, these wines are produced on the farm named Twee Jonge Gezellen at the foot of the Saron Peak mountain.
Both of these Method Cap Classique wines are made using the classic blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, displaying wonderfully creamy mousse from the double fermentation process also used to create Champagnes. The House of Krone bubblies, however, are more fruit driven and less bone dry than their French equivalents, ideal for enjoying on their own or with lighter food dishes.
The House of Krone Borealis is available at £14.99 a bottle, and the House of Krone Rose at £17.79 a bottle from Hard to Find Wines.
