An organic Bordeaux from the Sainte-Foy appellation. A blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc aged for 12 months in stainless tanks. Bright, fresh and fruity with aromas of red and black cherries, plum and a hint of spices. Soft tannins along with cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry through to a lingering finish.
