Our Shropshire warehouse is operational, deliveries are not currently affected and running on time and our delivery partners Fedex are now operating contact free delivery. Unfortunately we can not currently offer collection from our warehouse.

Please note for deliveries off mainland UK prices may vary depending on quotes from our couriers. We generally use a DHL 48 hour shipping method for non UK deliveries, but sometimes can take up to two weeks.
Deliveries to Channel Islands and Northern Ireland
We deliver to Northern Ireland and other non mainland Isles but please ring us for delivery charges as they differ. Standard charges are £15.99 for the first case and an additional £10.00 per additional case.
All orders placed will be dispatched and delivered Monday to Friday. 8.00am to 6.00pm. We do offer early morning and Saturday services, but there is an additional charge. Please call for details and we will be happy to obtain quotes from our courier service.
One of our representatives will call or email you to arrange a suitable delivery date, or if there is a safe place to leave the wine if no one will be at home.
We aim to get the goods delivered within 2 working days of your order. The majority of our wines are kept in bond in the UK, but if there is an out of stock situation, wines may take up to 28 days for delivery.
We will arrange with you the specific day the goods will arrive. We cannot give you a specific time of day when your goods will arrive on your delivery day. However, if requested we can call in the morning to give you an estimated time of arrival e.g. morning or afternoon.
You can request for goods to be delivered somewhere safe if you are not at home e.g. garage, porch, and back door. Our couriers will then put a note through you door to say where it has been dropped. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods going missing when the goods have been delivered without you present. Please enter Information in the "special delivery instruction" box.
If you are not there when our courier attempts to deliver your wine first time round, a second attempt will be made. After which please call us to let us know that you have missed the courier. However, you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with the courier for further delivery of the goods. If your goods are not collected or suitable delivery arranged with the courier they will return your order to Hard to Find Wines, usually within 5 days. If the order subsequently needs to be dispatched again either to the original address or an alternative address then this will be at the additional cost of the person who placed the original order.
