From the most famous Beaujolais producer in France Georges Duboeuf, Beaujolais Nouveau is traditionally release on the 3rd Thursday in November to celebrate the first wines of the new season. The wine is released almost immediately after the grapes are harvested & undergoes a very quick fermentation. A much-loved Cherry red wine that is fruity and fresh and best served chilled.
