Hand-harvested premium quality grapes from some of the oldest vines on the estate are used to produce this elegant, full-bodied wine. The initial fermentation is in stainless steel before being transferred to French oak barrels, a third new, the rest second or third fill.
Tight with flavours of melon, peach, guava and a hint of minerality. Masterly oaked
with a lively crisp finish. This wine can be enjoyed now, but with careful cellaring
it should age gracefully over the next 10 years.
