Takuan von Arnim was inspired by the Le Mesnil-sur-Oger region in the C´te des Blancs, France for this pursuit of perfection. Time on the lees is as long as possible for this Blanc de Blancs, created in the traditional French method of bottle fermentation or Methode Cap Classique. Enjoy fresh lime and orange characteristics with hints of oak on the nose. The extended maturation period of 60 months ensures a soft, complex palate and a fine mousse.
