Named after the winemaker’s second daughter, only 1,000 bottles of this never to be repeated Noble Late Harvest were produced. Picked late in April, each bunch of Sauvignon Blanc from our Elgin property was hand-selected with a minimum of 50% Botrytis covering the grapes. After whole-bunch pressing, the juice was barrel-fermented and matured for 28 months in 30% new French Oak.
Upfront passion-fruit, marmalade and honey on the nose. Followed by lovely purity of fruit on the palate and a not-overly-sweet finish, balanced well by bright acidity. Pairs brilliantly with foie gras or French cheese.
