Intense purple colour.Dark rich wine.( Classical French style ). A hint of white pepper with bacon,savory notes, Christmas cake, dark fruit and smokeyness. Well integrated palate of fruit (mulberry) and chewy tannins. Excellent companion to traditional South African meat dishes and steaks.
