Chile

The most planted varietal in Chile is currently Cabernet Sauvignon, but the South American country has so much more to offer if you know what to look for! The two principal regions are the Aconcagua region and the Valle Central. Many producers operate at high altitude and their wines range from excellent value entry level, right up to premium wines with excellent development potential with bottle ageing.
