A bespoke wine and food evening staying in our 16th Century Manor House in the heart of Shropshire. A superb 5 course menu designed by our executive chef Mark Gittens and paired with exquisite wines picked by Mark Davies. A wonderful summer evening of fine French wines and seafood including Pol Roger Vintage Rose Champagne 2008, three exquisite Provence rose wines with Whispering Angel from magnum format and a perfectly aged white Burgundy Meursault by Joseph Drouhin. To finish we have a beautiful 1998 Reserve Sauternes by Chateau Filhot.
Places are extremely limited and dinner will be served on a sharing table. Vegetarian and dietary requirements can be catered for.
