The Cheshire Single Malt English Whisky First Release

Crafted at Weetwood Distillery with select English malted barley and the pure waters of Cheshire, this whisky undergoes maturation in American oak quarter casks that have been carefully shaved, toasted, and re-charred. It is then finished in European oak barrels. Throughout this extensive, carefully controlled process, Weetwood has meticulously developed depth, flavour, and distinctive character. For this first single malt whisky released by Weetwood, 2700 individually numbered bottles wee produced.

Nose:

Notes of creamy vanilla, baked apple, and lush tropical fruits are complemented by a delicate floral bouquet featuring jasmine, lavender, and orange blossom.

Taste:

Rich sweet maltiness with notes of orchard fruits and toasted hazelnuts, balanced by subtle green tobacco bitterness and a hint of peppercorn spice.

Finish:

Delicately smooth and mellow, showcasing abundant orchard fruit sweetness with a subtle touch of spice. Notes of smouldering embers merge with caramelised pineapple aromas.
