Typical earthy aromas of Semillon, some minerality and with hints of jasmine and floral notes. Very well balanced and elegant with a long finish. A classical blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc makes this wine wonderful for food pairing. A seared Tuna steak may be the perfect partner to this wine, although it would be great with sashimi too. Drink 2020 to 2025.
