This starts off surprisingly light in intensity on the nose, with faint hints of freshly dried straw, fresh apple slices and a touch of orange rind. The palate starts off with more of the same and is light upon entry, but then unveils a rounder midpalate and a creamy mouthfeel around flavours of creamed pear and baked apple that carry through to the close.
