Chanson Pere et Fils Nuits St Georges 2014

From the heart of the Cote de Nuits from selected plots of Pinot Noir vineyard south of the village, placed on limestone clay soil. After a maceration of at least two weeks, to extract the best from this fine grape, the wine is aged in oak barrels for a period ranging from 14 to 18 months. The result is an intense, fruity wine, with an aroma of ripe cherries and spices. Well balanced wine, with persistent tannins and aftertaste.
