Haras de Pirque Albaclara Sauvignon Blanc 2020
Haras de Pirque has its vineyards in the Pirque zone of the Alto Maipo, and that's where they get their reds, especially their cabernet sauvignon. But when it comes to whites, they opt for more coastal areas, as in this case. This sauvignon comes from Brisas de San Domingo, in the Leyda Valley, a vineyard very close to the sea, influenced by the cold Pacific breezes. And it comes through in this white, a taut and linear sauvignon with penetrating acidity and citrusy flavours. Lime juice that shoots across the palate like an arrow.
