An evolution in Cabriere's exploration of Chardonnay, this is their first 100% Chardonnay to be matured in oak barrel for 8 months as an extension of their reserve wines within the range. This is just their second release of this new wine, and the first time to hit the UK!

Find delicate orange blossoms and grapefruit on the nose, with citrus, melon and toasted notes on the palate supported by good structure and integrated oak. With a lively acidity, expect a fresh finish.
