Le Lude MCC Rose NV Case & Vintage Cuvee 2012 Offer

A classic blend of 71% Chardonnay and 29% Pinot Noir. The wine is also matured for a minimum of 36 months before being matured on the final cork for 6 months before release.

Ripe cherries, red lollipop and raspberry aromas provide a delicate profile to the wine. These are followed by some hints of grapefruit and wild rose. The palate opens with a voluptuous texture supported by elegant acidity. Initially fresh red berries, wild plum and spice. The length and richness of the palate develops a complexity with raspberry compote and hints of blueberries and aniseed.

Vintage 2012 -  Slight nutty, brioche character coming from the ageing period. Subtle hints of bruised apple, grapefruit and lime leaves. The soft mouse, and lingering acidity balance the linear and tight acidity that carries this bubbly.
