White Peak Wire Works Release No 6 Small Batch 2022

The Wire Works Summer release of Small Batch was very well received and picked up a Master's medal in the World Whisky Masters.

This new release is a small batch vatting of first fill STR and bourbon casks, with a little more American oak than the previous Small Batch release and was bottled at a slightly higher ABV than its summer sibling. The casks have been selected from the warmer upper dunnage at the Distillery.

A complex, approachable single malt whisky in our lightly-peated core house style. Vanilla butter fudge, green apples and fruitcake on the nose, with tobacco, bitter orange marmalade and cereal on the palate, with smoke and spice on the finish, fading to a sweet vanilla.

Small Batch release of 4,251 bottles matured in STR & Bourbon barrels.
