Escudo Rojo in the Maipo Valley of Chile was established in 1999 by the Rothschild family spearheaded by Baron Philippe's daughter Baroness Philippine de Rothschild. The estate produces a small but high quality range of wines focusing on the Chilean Terroir of the area.
